Alex is a lawyer and an auditing accountant. He has a Master in Tax Law and a Diploma in “Analysis and Tax Planning” by the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

He has over 26 years of professional experience in advisory services for merge, acquisitions, divisions and corporate sales, Corporate Registration in the value register (CMF). Alex has broad experience in corporate tax, transfer pricing, international tax, tax trials, annual tax declarations, IVA, and services for expats.

Alex is an expert in corporate law, he also is a supervisor for the fulfillment of free competition issues, corporate reorganizations and legal, tax, labor and financial Due Diligences.

Broad experience providing services for customers in the following industries: energy, education, investments, concession services, construction, real estate, software and telecommunications, retail, health, private health insurance, services, manufacturing and agricultural industry, amongst others.
