Héctor is an Auditing Accountant and has a diploma in Tax Legislation by the Universidad of Concepción. Héctor is a member of the Chilean Institute of Tax Law (Instituto Chileno de Derecho Tributario).

He has 28 years of experience regarding tax in direct taxes, tax defense, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, corporate taxes, international taxes and personal income tax.

His experience is related to providing services to customers from the following industries: education, construction, real estate, software, telecommunications, retail, health, private health insurance companies and concession services.

Héctor has also belonged to the academic staff of different universities and institutes such as: Universidad de Concepción, Instituto Virgilio Gómez, Universidad Central, Universidad Diego Portales, amongst others. Héctor has also given national and international in-house and out-house training courses such as seminars to open or closed groups.
