Luis is an Informatic Engineer from the Universidad de las Americas. He also has a Master in Corporate Information Security from the Universidad de Barcelona, Spain, and a Master in Engineering Sciences from the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana, Chile.

Luis has a diploma on Information Security from the Universidad de Chile and a diploma in Administration of Defense Projects from the Academia Politécnica Militar (ACAPOMIL).

He has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity. Luis has also taken on the role of representing Chile as a delegate in Unasur regarding cybersecurity and has broad experience in providing services to customers of different areas of cybersecurity, he has also provided advisory services regarding cybersecurity standards and advisory of implementation of IT architecture.
